How long does it take to set up my account?
-New accounts can be set up in one of three ways. Setting up your Internet connection over the phone is the quickest way, taking only about 15 minutes. Second, we can send a technician to your home free of charge within 24 hours. Finally, you can set up your own account with a CD we send through postal mail, which takes about 1-2 business days.
