-If your computer is giving you an error message, please write down the message in full, including the error number, and have it accessible when you speak to the technician.
-Please make sure the problem you are having is related to your account with Your Internet Services. Our technicians will be more than happy to help you in any way they can, but they unfortunately cannot support hardware issues or non-YIS-software issues.
