| Refer-a-Friend Special - Terms and Conditions |
Your Internet Referral Program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions listed below:
• The referred customer must be an active customer and a paying customer before the referring customer receives their referral credit.
• Current customers may refer an unlimited number of customers to Your Internet per month.
• The referral credit is the amount that the referring customer pays per month. For example, if the referring customer pays annually they will receive $15.00 credit, if they pay semi-annually they will receive $17.50 credit, if they pay quarterly they will receive $18.33 credit, and if they pay monthly they will receive their monthly credit. The referring customer's credit is not tied to the new referred subscriber’s qualifying price plan.
• The following Your Internet services are eligible for the Referral Special: Dial-up and Web Hosting.
• Referring customer is responsible for Accelerator fee if applicable.
• If a referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeit.
• The referral credit can not be refunded. A referral credit has no cash value.
