When is my bill due?
-Seven to ten (7-10) days from the time you receive your bill.

How do I cancel my service?
-You must call Your Internet Services at 724-463-0105. We do not accept e-mail cancellations.
Am I entitled to a refund if I cancel my service?
-You must cancel your service according to the instructions above and if you have paid us in advance, we will issue you a refund according to the following terms. The amount due for the service we provided prior to the date of cancellation will be determined by multiplying the number of months of service (rounded up to the nearest whole number) by $20.00 and then adding a cancellation fee of $15.00. This amount will be subtracted from the amount of your last payment to determine the amount of the refund.
